They needed an efficient solution to simplify the process of procurement, stock and suppliers management.
The representatives of the consultancy decided to offer Andersen Company to develop a new system.

Our business analysis team defined the scope of the project and created the corresponding software requirements specification.
An important task was to define and formalize the process of management, which had several stages, such as procurement, offer creation,
validation, acceptation or rejection, notifications, delivery organization, arrangement, methods for overall calculations and etc.

The key feature of the system development: the software, on the one hand, had to be quite abstractive to be successfully used for description of various consulting projects,
but on the other hand it had to automate common operating activities. For example, to present information in plan/actual profile, consolidate and
publish reports according to a chosen set of criteria.
Modern technologies allowed substantial reduction in efforts when developing the application in the process of project implementation.
It helped us to focus on the customer’s business-tasks instead of technical peculiarities. Application features also had to include easing the
management of the employment process.
The projected Windows application was built on .NET framework which uses a set of classes for DB layer and business logic, which are tied together
by one single request processor. That made it possible to achieve good system scalability with performance being not affected seriously.
This solution helps to improve business processes and operational effectiveness of the application, reduce money and time cots.
